Account & Data
Delete your Eucaly account.
You can permanently delete your Eucaly Learn account, all child profiles linked to it, and all associated practice data — at any time, from inside the app or by emailing us. Below are both paths and what gets removed.
Path 1 — Delete from inside the app (recommended)
- 1. Open Eucaly Learn on your device and sign in.
- 2. Tap your avatar in the top-right corner → enter your parent PIN.
- 3. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- 4. Confirm the deletion. Your account, all child profiles, and practice data are permanently removed within 30 days.
The in-app path is the fastest and gives you immediate confirmation. We recommend this path whenever possible.
Path 2 — Email us (if you cannot sign in)
If you no longer have access to your account or device, email us with your account email address and we'll process the deletion manually within 30 days.
Email [email protected]Tip: send the request from the email address tied to your Eucaly account so we can verify ownership without back-and-forth.
What gets deleted
- • Your parent account, sign-in credentials, and parent PIN.
- • All child profiles linked to your account, including names, year levels, and avatars.
- • All practice data: question history, scores, badges, mastery, streaks, level, and band estimates.
- • Any writing submissions previously sent for AI assessment, along with the feedback returned.
- • Subscription state stored in our database (the underlying App Store / Play Store subscription must be cancelled separately — see below).
Active subscriptions
Deleting your Eucaly account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription, because those are managed by Apple/Google rather than by us. To stop billing, cancel the subscription separately:
- • iOS: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Eucaly Learn → Cancel Subscription.
- • Android: Play Store → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Eucaly Learn → Cancel.
You'll keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period, then access stops. No refund is automatic; refund eligibility is determined by Apple or Google.
Important to know
- • Deletion is permanent and irreversible. We cannot restore your data after the request is processed.
- • We complete deletion within 30 days of receiving the request.
- • A small amount of metadata may be retained where required by law (for example, transaction records for tax purposes). This data is not linked to your child profiles or practice activity.
- • If your account is shared between adults, the deletion request applies to the entire account; please coordinate with anyone else who uses it.
